Typ 8098 - FLOWave, SAW-flödesmätare
Beskrivning
Flödesmätaren typ 8098 tillhör FLOWave-produktfamiljen och utgår från SAW-tekniken (Surface Acoustic Waves – ytvågor) och är i första hand avsedd att användas för användningsområden där samtliga hygieniska krav måste uppfyllas. Detta uppnås i stor utsträckning genom: • Användning av godkända material av rostfritt stål • Ett mätrör där inga delar kommer i kontakt med mätmediet, mätmediet har endast kontakt med själva röret • Idealisk yttre hygienisk design. FLOWave har en rad integrerade funktioner, inklusive fördelarna flexibilitet, rengörbarhet, kompakta dimensioner, låg vikt, enkel installation och hantering samt konformitet med en rad standarder. De bästa mätresultaten fås i homogena vätskor utan luft eller fast material. För vätskor med högre viskositet går det att använda den inbyggda viskositetskompenseringsfunktionen. Gas och ånga kan inte mätas, dock påverkas inte enhetens funktioner när de flödar igenom. Vätskor som sedan leds genom röret mäts korrekt, precis som tidigare. Extrafunktioner från övriga processvärden (densitet, akustisk överföring) ger ytterligare information om vätskan i fråga (se detaljerad information i databladet).
